Spirits

πνεῦμα

of God,

the seven

ἑπτά

stars;

ἀστήρ

I know

οἶδα

thy

σοῦ

works,

ἔργον

that

ὅτι

thou hast

ἔχω

a name

ὄνομα

that

ὅτι

thou livest,

ζάω

and

καί

art

εἶ

dead.

Be

γίνομαι

watchful,

γρηγορέω

and

καί

strengthen

στηρίζω

the things which remain,

λοιπός

that

are

μέλλω

ready to die:

ἀποθνῄσκω

I have

εὑρίσκω

found

εὑρίσκω

thy

σοῦ

works

ἔργον

perfect

πληρόω

before

ἐνώπιον

γρηγορέω

I will come

they shall walk

lukewarm,

wretched,

ταλαίπωρος

miserable,

I counsel

the fire,

λευκός

raiment,

ἱμάτιον

thou mayest be clothed,

περιβάλλω

that the shame

αἰσχύνη

nakedness

γυμνότης

φανερόω

appear;

anoint

eyes

with eyesalve,

κολλούριον

any man

hear

θύρα

I will come in

εἰσέρχομαι

to

πρός

him,

αὐτός

will sup

δειπνέω

with

μετά

him,

will I grant

to sit

καθίζω

throne,

overcame,

νικάω

and

καί

am set down

καθίζω

μετά

μοῦ

throne.
